While we were attempting to spread the word about @battletweets to the
twitter community, we were running into errors when clicking on
users to follow. During these times we received messages in our browser
that there was something wrong with twitter. We are very sorry for any inconveniences this may have caused. We certainly did not want upset the community in any way.We can assure you that this will not happen again.

So what is @battletweets all about?
Battletweets is a social gaming experience using the powers of twitter.

How do I get involved?
Basically, all you will need to do to participate is follow an existing team that is battletweeting on twitter when the beta is open.

How do I find a team to follow?
Initially during the beta release there will be two teams already established. Go to battletweets.net to view these teams (you will see them when the beta is open).

You said something about gaming. What kind of games will battletweets host?
Currently there are plans to host different weekly games such as: web scavenger hunts, pic & post, trivia, wikijam, and more games that are currently being devised.

So can you win something here?
Yes. @battletweets bragging badges will be awarded to the top teams. We are working on other possibilities, as battletweets.net is in beta.

So, when will the beta be open? I am ready to begin battletweeting!
As soon as the beta is open, you will receive a tweet from @battletweets with instructions on how to get enrolled as long as you are currently following @battletweets. If you are not following @battletweets, follow us now for more updates.
